Our main tenets for maintenance
We believe in creating valuable relationships. We treat our prospects and clients as people we care about; we treat them how we would like to be treated ourselves. We go out of our way to keep them satisfied.
We believe that pricing should be transparent and clear. Our prospects and clients know exactly what they are getting and how much it will cost them.
We aim to educate, simply, when the opportunity arises. We ask often if everything we’ve discussed makes sense and take the time to explain.
We communicate often. When in doubt, we reach out. Leave nothing open to interpretation or assumption, especially in regards to difficult conversations.
We work quickly, because we know what we’re doing, but we never sacrifice quality for the sake of quantity.
We do more than work together as a team, we set an example and define a culture that we’re proud to be a part of.
Origins
The team at Pulley has been working with WordPress for years. We’ve designed brands that use it, built custom themes and plugins for it, and have extended it into a variety of web applications. The common theme we all noticed was that after our creations would launch, they tend to disappear. When they came back they were often out of date, insecure, or in need of repair. We wanted secure, fast, and proactive managed hosting and support, but couldn’t seem to find it. So we designed Pulley from the ground up to be that gold standard.
Where we're based
All of our support reps are located here in the US, in the same office, able to work through big challenges together, which speeds up the channels for communication.
We work from 8AM-5PM EST, so while that means we’re not going to stay up until 4am waiting for your ticket to come in, it does mean that when 8AM hits, we’re on it, together.

Every Pulley client gets a dedicated representative that knows who they are. They’ll also know your website inside and out. You won’t need to catch us up every time you want to change something on your site, and it’ll be your rep’s familiar face and voice you hear on every check-in phone call.

When you sign up with Pulley, you’ll receive your own dedicated support manager who knows your site, communicates regularly, and gets things done quickly.
Also, since we’re dedicated to growing the best support company possible, all of our managers and representatives are located here in the United States, where we operate.
We're proactive.
Many WordPress Support services are reactive, leaving you, or even worse your users, to discover your site has broken, before fixing it. leaving it up to you to tell them what you want, and when. With Pulley, we fix things before they become a problem, so you can just “set it and forget it.” (You’ll see everything we’ve done in a monthly report) This way, touching base with us is something you can look forward to, rather than dread.
We're experienced.
Our team doesn’t just support WordPress, we come from a background of building WordPress websites from scratch. What might take the weekend warrior or DIYer a couple of hours, takes us a matter of minutes.
We're comprehensive.
When a problem arises, we don’t just patch it, we find the cause and fix it at the root level. We also offer services that only specialized firms cover, such as ongoing ADA Compliance. You can rest assured that the work we do is focused on quality over quantity.
